Terms and Conditions

Train4War is a coaching service that creates customized guides for you the client to reach their designed goals.
The plan will be presented and approved by the client.
Zero Client information will be shared with any third party unless otherwise authorized by the Client.
Our initial terms are for the period of 90 days (3 months). Our fees are paid monthly and will be automatically debited from the form of payment the client provides, using a secure 3rd party processing company.
The client will opt in for additional services past the 90-day term at their own discretion and expense.
Train4War will not withhold any payment information and cannot use that payment information for anything other than what the client approves.
Our coaching service is not liable for any injuries sustained as all final decisions within any action is made by the client themselves.
Payments are to be made on time as per the agreement structure. Late fees may apply.
Client can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice.
Any and all communication will be agreed upon prior to engagement and any other forms of communication by either party not agreed upon could result in breach of contract.
